Train the Trainer Objects

I had the great pleasure of be asked to deliver a train the trainer course for the Fix the Fells Team. Their mission; Protecting our spectacular Lakeland fells from erosion by repairing and maintaining the path network. Obviously, there is a vast amount of manual handling involved from lifting, carrying and rolling large stones, fence posts, buckets, wheelbarrows and rock carrier etc. other posture related tasks involve using a crowbar, raking materials and use of the mattock.
